Selecting the Hosted plan option saves you from setting up your own web-server. The archInvoice system and database are maintained on the archInvoice.com web site. A subdomain such as "www.yourcompany.archInvoice.com" will be created to provide you with unique access to your account.

Pricing for this option is $95.00 per month. The following payment options are available.

• 1 year — $1,026, 10% discount
• 2 year — $1,938, 15% discount
• 3 year — $2,736, 20% discount

With the Hosted plan, you are provided two FREE months of access before your Hosted term begins. Because we recognize that such a powerful system requires an initial setup and learning period, you can use these two FREE months to learn for FREE.

Selecting the Licensed plan option provides you a license to run the archInvoice system and databases on your own web-server. Your server must have installed web-server software, PHP web-server software, and mySQL database software.

Pricing for this options is $4,995.

This price includes eight (8) hours of technical support to help setup your web server. Additional hours, if needed can be purchased at a cost of $120 per hour.

Selecting the Stand-alone plan provides you a license to run the archInvoice system files and databases on a computer within your company. The PC-Based software and database can be downloaded from our website and installed.

Pricing for this option is $895.

This price includes two (2) hours of technical support. Additional hours, if needed, can be purchased at a cost of $95 per hour.
